Our Life Experiences Teach Us

Have you ever taken a class as an adult that was designed to teach you an important skill that would impact your future only to find out that it did not prepare you for the real world? That's what it's like to grow up and find out that the experiences of your youth left you ill-equipped to deal with the ups and downs of adult life. Instead of sharing with you the power of expressing your feelings appropriately, for example, the message from your "teachers" was don't let anyone see you struggling-vulnerability is weakness.


Or maybe you find yourself constantly questioning your ability to say NO (even when you want to and NEED to), because  your were told not to say anything that might upset or hurt people, and you now believe you'd end up alone and unlovable if you did. Just another one of the many gaps in your learning that have led to a loss of  peace and calm, clarity and confidence in your daily existence.


With a focus on learning and growing during each session, I'll help you master or at the very least improve upon twelve important life skills that will transform the way you show up in the world.


You'll find yourself exploring areas of your life you never thought possible, meeting and engaging with people who seemed like a mirage in the distance just a few years ago. You'll learn to talk kindly to yourself, ask for help, problem solve, resolve differences, play and most of all learn to love and care for the person in the center of it all-YOU!


 Living with intention means living a life that is meaningful, purposeful, and balanced. It involves living in alignment with your values and beliefs, and making choices that are worthwhile and focused on improving your health and well being.

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.


My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify where in their life they are repeating old, outdated patterns that don't work and replace them with behaviors that will enhance the quality of and satisfaction in their life. I also work with clients to create a plan with real life outcomes that bring greater meaning in their life.


Validate myself, express feelings appropriately, set healthy boundaries and limits, say NO, ask for help, initiate, take charge, problem solve, resolve differences, ask questions, listen and PLAY.


Coaching sessions are done on ZOOM unless you live in the Pacific NW. We can talk about specifics, like scheduling, and cost during your DISCOVERY CALL.


Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
