"Release and Reflect" is a supportive women's group coaching session designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through intentional journaling, guided prompts, and safe sharing, you will unpack emotions, gain mental clarity, and celebrate your personal growth. The purpose of journaling is to allow your inner thought to become your outer expression. Our brain processes so much information, with most of it below awareness. When we write it down it slows the speed at which the information races around in our brain and allows us to make meaning of what we are thinking and feeling.

"The Wisdom of the Body" is a supportive women's group coaching session that introduces you to somatic tools to unlock your own authentic inner wisdom. Using somatic awareness, breathwork, and gentle movement, you will learn to navigate emotions and rewire conditioned patterns directly through the nervous system.
I have invited a friend and talented artist, Sacreah Becerra, personally experienced in somatic healing, to join us. With the guidance of practitioners, she has been able to release some of the undigested experiences from her nervous system, creating greater body awareness, developing new resiliency, and a restored sense of safety in her body. She will share a couple of examples and show/demo body movements that have been and continue to be helpful in creating greater health and well-being.
