"Release and Reflect" July 12, 2026

 

 "Release and Reflect" is a supportive women's group coaching session designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through intentional journaling, guided prompts, and safe sharing, you will unpack emotions, gain mental clarity, and celebrate your personal growth. There are FIVE BENEFITS to journaling highlighted in the video below.


Session Overview This gathering provides a dedicated, judgment-free sanctuary to pause, breathe, and put pen to paper alongside other women. Life often pulls our focus outward; this workshop invites you to turn inward to process your experiences and uncover what is truly weighing you down.


Who Is This For? Whether you are experienced in journaling or a complete beginner, this circle is for you. It is perfect for women navigating transitions, experiencing burnout, or simply craving community and dedicated self-care time.

Journaling for Courageous Women

 The purpose of journaling is to allow your inner thought to become your outer expression. Our brain processes so much information, with most of it below awareness. When we write it down it slows the speed at which the information races around in our brain and allows us to make meaning of what we are thinking and feeling.

"The Wisdom of the Body" July 18, 2026

  

 "The Wisdom of the Body" is a supportive women's group coaching session that introduces you to somatic tools to unlock your own authentic inner wisdom.  Using somatic awareness, breathwork, and gentle movement, you will learn to navigate emotions and rewire conditioned patterns directly through the nervous system. 


I have invited a friend and talented artist, Sacreah Becerra, personally experienced in somatic healing, to join us. With the guidance of practitioners, she has been able to release some of the undigested experiences from her nervous system, creating greater body awareness, developing new resiliency, and a restored  sense of safety in her body. She will  share a couple of examples and show/demo body movements that have been and continue to be helpful in creating greater health and well-being.


What We Will Explore

  • Nervous System Regulation: Learn to recognize physical cues of stress and actively shift your state from overwhelm to calm.
  • Decoding Physical Sensations: Understand what physical tension and "gut feelings" are communicating about your boundaries and needs.
  • Releasing Stored Patterns: Safely process and let go of physical or emotional habits that no longer serve your growth.
  • Embodied Decision Making: Tap into your body's innate intelligence to make aligned, authentic choices in your life and work.


  • Practical Takeaways: Simple, actionable somatic tools to weave directly into your daily routine.
